The central bank produces nothing. Controlling money does not give you control over anything. Fiat money's very existence is predictated on an external economy that both recognizes it and uses it, it cannot exist without it. The central bank relies on the external market economy of private producers to exist, not the other way around.

The private producers hold the material power, the central banks of capitalist countries merely represent their interests. The central bank is not controlling society in capitalist countries, the capitalists are controlling the central bank. It prints money to benefit them.

All the power the central bank holds it only holds it as an extension of the power of the private market sector, at the behest of the bourgeois class.

Paper on its own purchases nothing. Money is merely a representation of wealth, of labor performed. It is ultimately the labor performed that produces the wealth, not the piece of paper in and of itself. Whoever controls the labor performed, i.e., whoever controls the means of production, is the one who remains in power. Money is merely a piece of paper on its own. It is, again, the bourgeois class who holds power, not the central bank. The central bank is subjugated to the control of the bourgeois class.

Wealth is not money. As Smith puts it, money is merely the means to circulate wealth, and real wealth is the labor you can command with that money. The central bank does not produce wealth, wealth is produced by firms that actually engage in production.
